They do this by providing cushioning and stability to the arch of the foot, which plays a crucial role in distributing weight and absorbing shock.
How soon will I feel the benefits?
How soon will I feel the benefits?
It depends on how long your foot has been walking without support. Some customers feel relief within the first few hours; for many others the change comes gradually, between the first and third week.
In the first few days you may feel slight tension under the arch: that's normal, your foot is getting used to proper support again. We recommend you start with 2-3 hours a day and build up gradually.
That's why the guarantee is 30 days: time to really try them.
